Monitoring as a Service is a stand-alone support offering for both existing and new clients, regardless of whether you have purchased a Hentsū Cloud Platform package or not*
This service allows you to

- Utilise internal staff on key projects, ensuring focus on developing business opportunities
- Hentsū support engineers can provide a complete monitoring service 24/7 or simply provide a seamless extension to your existing client support teams, plugging possible complex and troublesome shift times or patterns
