Hentsū Academy of next innovative thinkers aims to create mutually beneficial relationship with the best industry career centers and universities in order to raise the aspirations of talented, motivated, qualified students and graduates throughout graduate and internship journey and help them to reach their professional goals and contribute to the company work and business.
The program is designed in modules (job shadowing, internship, graduate / student employee, first chance career and employment opportunity) to support your interests and supply real-work and real-life experience. You will be given opportunity to work, learn and grow by working on important projects and among experts, be part of the culture that enjoys work, and your team will rely on your personality, skills, ideas. You will help us to innovate so together we can be two steps ahead.
